In a thrilling match, India came out on top. The rain, especially KL, and their fielding helped them with this. In Litton Das’s hammer and tongs, Bangladesh held the game in their hands. When the rain came down, they were 66 for no loss and 17 ahead on DLS par. If the rain had stayed put, they would have won. After the rain, things changed; on the first ball, Das slipped going back for a second, and if that wasn’t enough warning, next ball, he stumbled going back for a second and was run out by KL.
The much-criticized Indian fielding turned up that night and proved to be the game’s turning point. Bangladesh’s shots were skied up from that point, and they were all caught by India. Nurul Hasan and Taskin Ahmed hinted at a heist during the penultimate over. Still, Hardik in the penultimate over and Arshdeep Singh in the last over kept their nerve to ensure India did not suffer a loss – which would’ve been almost fatal in the semis.
Shakib Al Hasan: It will be our turn to bowl first. There is a forecast for rain. This wicket doesn’t have a good score—an important game. Our preparation for today has been excellent. There is a good sense of unity among the boys. The team we play with has been around for a while. Our exceptional work must continue. To improve our batting, we can continue to work on it. A change has been made. There will be no Sarkar in the game. Here comes Sharif Islam.
Rohit Sharma: We would have batted the first innings. It would be necessary to score runs. Our bats must be in good shape. As a result of this format, all games are given equal importance. It wasn’t a good game for us the last time we played. We can hopefully earn those two points by playing good cricket. The atmosphere here is good, and the ground is good. I also enjoyed the weather. One change needs to be made. Axar will replace Hooda.

Virat Kohli:
The game was pretty close. It wasn’t close enough for us. The bat was in good form today. It was a bit stressful when I went in. My instincts weren’t going to be curbed by little mistakes. I am happy right now. There is no point in comparing it with the past. I was grinning from ear to ear as soon as I heard that the WC would be held in Australia. The key here will be good cricketing shots, as far as I know. I always hit the line, no matter what the format is. My extension is just a matter of time. My favorite place to play is here. My heart feels at ease when I see this. I should be okay if I keep batting and enjoy myself in Adelaide.

Litton Das:
It was vital for me to bat at the end of the game in the situation the team was in and come out on top. Because we do not have any senior players, we are not under any extra pressure. The goal and objective of our team are to play its best XI every time. In the next match, I hope to score more runs as well. The fans were great; thank you for watching.

India Won By 5 Runs
India has stepped out of the way of his banana peel game. Zimbabwe is their last opponent, and they have six points. In the next match, Bangladesh will face Pakistan with four points. It is a must-win situation for the Bangladeshis, and they are hoping other results will go their way. We are bringing this one to a close.
The updates were fun to get you. I want to extend a special thank you to Kaushik Rangarajan for his updates from Adelaide. This game’s color copy will be sent to him soon. Could you take a look at it? Down Under stuff, too. Let’s say goodbye and ta, ta until next time. They wish you a healthy and happy new year!
